Mailboxes

The mailboxes have been repainted. Please do not affix anything to them, ie notices. The tape will damage the paint and will have to be repaired..  

We have some issues regarding the parking of vehicles on the street. It is not illegal to park on the street, however, extended parking and overnight parking IS NOT allowed. Be mindful of your neighbor's access to their driveway and do not park on their yard. Parked cars on the street could also block the access to emergency vehicles. Extra parking is available in the cul-de-sac at the ends of the streets and in the gravel area between houses 111 and 113 on Karlie Ct.

 Parking of recreational vehicles, watercrafts, utility trailers or any type of construction equipment anywhere in the neighborhood  is prohibited.  

Karlie Hill Home Owners Association DOES NOT carry insurance on any townhome  or property that the townhome is on. Each home owner is responsible for their own insurance to their dwelling and property. Karlie Hill ONLY has liability insurance on all common areas.  

Remember to make sure your front porch light is working. This will help deter criminal activity.

Keep all lawn equipment, bicycles, and other personal belongings secure to alleviate theft, as we have had problems with theft in the past and do not want this to happen to you!

Trash is picked up weekly on Tuesdays. Please place your garbage can at the end of your driveway. DO NOT  place any garbage on the ground, as they WILL NOT pick it up. The recycling truck comes biweekly on Thursdays . If you wish to receive a blue recycling can, call (864) 942-8754
