Homeowners Dues
HOA dues are $35/month or $420/year. Make checks payable to Karlie Hill HOA.
There is currently an $8.00 Special Assessment that has been added to the current HOA dues of $35.00 for a total of $43.00 for approx. 2 years starting 07/01/2023 to pay for road repairs.
How to pay
Payments can be mailed to PO BOX 49213 Greenwood, SC 29649.
Placed in the black drop box located on Karlie CT between houses 129 and 131 AND at the end of Karlie Ct at the mailboxes near Rhett and Hailey Ct.
