Karlie Hill in Greenwood, SC, is a charming, desirable townhome community. Our community consists of 137 two-three bedroom units. We are located minutes away from shopping, dining, schools and many other entertainment options for your pleasure. Come see what Karlie Hill has to offer you and your family.

Karlie Hill townhomes are privately owned residences. The HOA does not keep track of private rentals nor do we have a leasing office on premises. Rentals are handled by individual property owners. Thank you.

Home Exterior Maintanence UPDATE

If you have not completed the exterior maintenance that was in the letter sent out back in the summer, you will be receiving a second letter soon with the actions the HOA will be taking if not completed within the time frame stated in the letter.

PEST AND TREMITE NOTICE

After the retirement of Adams Pest Control, termite and pest control will no longer be provided by the HOA due to the extreme increase of cost to provide this service.

ATTENTION RESIDENTS - - Karlie Hill Homeowners Association is pleased to announce that we now have a Notary on premises for residents. The notary services will be FREE to residents by appointment only. Please call Wanda Rinker at 864-344-6196 for appointment and leave a message if no answer.

Karlie Hill Book Library

Residents of Karlie Hill had expressed interest in Book Library. Karlie Hill HOA board has erected the library on Karlie Ct, located in front of 208 Karlie Ct in the cul-de-sac. Please bring books and take books. This Little Free Library is here for your enjoyment !!!

Yard of the Month!

Yard of the Month will be chosen by the 10th of every month during the spring and summer months. A picture will be placed online as well as a $25 gift card will be given to the winner.

IMPORTANT!!

Any UNKEPT landscaping such as trees, flowers, or any plants, in the common areas that are maintained by the homeowners will be cut down. If you are wanting to keep them, please clean the areas up. 08/30/2022

REMINDER, the garbage truck WILL NOT pick up anything outside the trash can that is on the ground, it will be left behind. All trash must be inside the trash can. 06/02/2020
